Job Description:

Senior Web Analytics Analyst Apex Systems is looking for a qualified individual to fill an immediate opening for Senior Web Analytics Analyst. Please see the job description below for details of the role. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with our Digital Business, Digital Delivery and Enterprise Data teams to define our first-party data collection strategy across websites, mobile applications and other customer-facing platforms and products
• Be an expert in best practices around the collection, quality, accuracy, and privacy compliance of customer, product and behavioral data generated within our ecommerce environment
• Lead measurements efforts within Digital, including enabling team members with the necessary tools to gather insights within their respective domains.
• Comfortability with analytics tooling supporting collection of shopping data including GTM, GA4, Looker, and BigQuery
• Manage process and change within our digital tag management system and data layer
• Consult on eventing and tag configuration as requirements for engineering, performing QA and validation of development work
• Partner with digital product managers to review roadmaps, identify and define opportunities or improvements to data collection, and work to prioritize the most meaningful changes within regular sprint cadences and/or defined project scopes
• Support business, product and engineering teams in the art of the possible with training and consulting around data and report creation
• Monitor the regulatory and policy environment surrounding data privacy in relation to ecommerce analytics, assessing change and translating into clear business and/or technical implications for roadmap prioritization

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Google Tag Manager
• Big Query
• Looker
