Retail Supervisor

Renewal by Andersen is looking to add to our Events and Retail Marketing Team! The retail and events staff serve as the lead generators for our company. They work out of various retail locations, events, trade shows, and outdoor events. As the Team Supervisor, you would lead the retail team in sales and marketing techniques. You will have a passion for selling the top rated windows and doors in the country. You will have a personal drive to exceed sales goals and push your team to do the same! We are looking for someone who is comfortable providing feedback and coaching to a team in a fast-paced environment and doesn't mind working on the front lines with their team.

Responsibilities:

Manage a small group of Marketing Representatives, ensuring they secure in-home consultations for our sales team.

Coach and train employees through various facilitation and feedback techniques.

Providing thorough evaluations of employees for our management staff.

Assist in recruiting to maintain acceptable staffing levels in our retail stores.

Acquire new retail locations and maintain relationships with store owners/managers.

Ensure retail locations are stocked with necessary supplies.

Conduct interviews for your team and provide feedback on candidates to the Talent Acquisition team.

Partner with the Retail/Events Marketing Manager to ensure team performance and needs are met.

Qualifications:

Previous sales or marketing experience is required.

Comfortable and proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office.

Previous retail industry experience preferred but not required.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Great time management skills and a self-starter.

Reliable transportation.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
