Innovation Associates, Inc. Pricing Analyst II in Indianapolis, Indiana

The Role:

The Pricing Team is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and analytical professional to join our team as a Pricing Analyst II. In this role, you will help lead development of deal pricing, quoting, and pricing specific business models for new product development and client acquisition that maximize profitability and market share for the company. iA Pricing Analysts utilize their analytical skills to assess competitive intelligence and trends in the evaluation of pricing structures, catalogues, tools, and make recommendations to optimize value-based pricing strategies. This is a highly visible role in the organization. You will lead the development of compelling pricing methods and financial analysis geared for business development optimization.

What you’ll do:

  • Value Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to sales, costs, and market dynamics to determine pricing effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations in relation to solution value.

  • Price Modeling: Utilize statistical and financial models to simulate different pricing scenarios and forecast potential impacts on revenue and profitability.

  • Quote Development: Leverage pricing models and catalogues for the creation of signable quote documents that are used for business development of pharmacy fulfillment solution technology.

  • Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing strategies and make adjustments as needed based on market changes or internal factors.

  • Change Management: Lead significant business operations and quoting projects to enhance efficiency in quoting and business operations.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitors' pricing strategies to identify opportunities for the company.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports and findings to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on pricing strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in pricing processes and systems, and implement enhancements to optimize pricing efficiency and effectiveness.

    Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other statistical software.

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, and/or business development operations.

  • Understanding of pricing strategies, economics, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

    Compensation:

The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $73,763 to $99,797, though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
