Insight Global Mechanical Design Engineer in Indianapolis, Indiana
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineers to join one of our large customers in Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creating mechanical designs using CREO or CAD programs. You will be assisting with the development and testing prototypes of mechanical systems. Other responsibilities include ensuring that all mechanical designs meet standards and regulations. We are looking for candidates who have great communication with other engineers and designers to ensure that all mechanical systems are integrated and functioning properly.

Skills and Requirements
* 3+ years mechanical design experience with a full lifecycle mechanical engineering: background in designing, integration, and testing
* Design experience with CREO, CAD, SolidWorks, CATIA or relative tool
* Bachelor's Degree in STEM * DOD experience
* Master's in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
* Familiarity with creating engineering drawings
o GD&T
* System Integration experience or integration onto a vehicle
* Product Design experience in metallics, sheet metal parts, machine parts, etc. null
