Cornerstone OnDemand is at the forefront of technological innovation within the skills and learning and development space. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Innovation Sales to lead our newly formed Innovation and Strategy team. This role focuses on introducing and expanding our investments in emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in technology-driven solutions, strategic market deployment, and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to launch new technologies and ensure their widespread adoption, aligning with Cornerstone OnDemand’s overarching business goals.
Manage the integration, market proliferation, and sales of strategic technological investments, including immersive technologies and platforms like SkyHive.
Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure synchronized product launches and successful market penetration.
Forge and maintain relationships with technology partners, vendors, and other key external stakeholders to enhance market presence and drive sales initiatives.
Empower the sales team to become experts in our technology, effectively incorporating it into client solutions.
Cultivate a culture of innovation within the team and across the organization, encouraging creative solutions and advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in technology sales, and with exposure to immersive technologies (VR/AR) and innovative skills platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successful technology deployment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
