Lake City Bank Maintenance Technician; Warsaw, IN in Warsaw, Indiana
Salary Range:Pay starting at $20.00+
Do you have maintenance, electric and construction experience and want to work for a company that cares for your future? Do you have HVAC preventative maintenance and repair skills? As a Maintenance Technician for Lake City Bank, you will:
- Inspect Lake City Bank properties and report any conditions that should be corrected
- Ensure that heating, cooling, electrical, water and public conveyance systems are kept in functional operating condition, making repairs as necessary
- Perform construction and remodeling of branches, departments or buildings
Qualifications Include:
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repair
- Outstanding flexibility and teamwork for varied tasks and hours
- General maintenance and construction knowledge and experience
Hours:
- Monday-Friday; Rotating shifts
- Starting between:6:00 and 8:00AM
- Ending between: 3:30 and 5:00PM
- Earlier in adverse weather and later when overtime is necessary
