Make a Difference
The Lead Radiologic Technologist performs leadership duties associated with the daily operations of the Radiology department.
Exceptional Skills
Assist with planning and issuing a staff work schedule.
Serves as a department preceptor and orientation coordinator.
Serves as a department resource person and liaison with ancillary departments.
Facilitates the needed training for new equipment.
Oversees the quality and completeness of all imaging procedures.
Provide optimal patient care remaining sensitive to the needs of patients through patient assessment and monitoring.
Demonstrate proper use and knowledge of all department equipment, positioning devices, patient care items and patient monitoring devices.
Ability to build, motivate, and lead a high performing team.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology (required)
Required CertIfications/Licensures: Radiologic Technologist by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA), Certified Radiography (R)(ARRT))
2+ years Radiology clinical experience (required)
1+ years Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
