Description
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our client's team on a contract-to-hire basis. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Assistant, or similar role.
Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
