Hiring Facility Maintenance Technicians near the Indianapolis, IN Area
Job Description:
Operates, installs, troubleshoots and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration related electromechanical equipment and HVAC related systems throughout various facilities
Inspects, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC electrical, electronics, pneumatics and mechanical applications of systems
Installs, repairs, replaces plumbing fixtures, fittings, valves and controls
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, repair/replacement of facility lighting, ballast, switches, and receptacles
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of Maintenance Experience
Healthcare or Surgery Center experience nice-to-have
Basic Plumbing skills
Strong communication (when to call vs email) and writing skills
