Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This position entails maintenance of HVAC systems, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and performing monthly preventive maintenance. Perform base building general maintenance tasks such as replacement and/or repair of ceiling tiles and grid, door hardware, restroom fixtures, lighting and general repairs to building finishes, minor electrical repairs to receptacles, and plumbing knowledge of water heaters, urinals, toilets and auto faucets

- $25 - $35 per hour - based on experience
