Adecco US, Inc. Executive Admin Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana
Adecco is seeking a dedicated Executive Admin Assistant in the Indianapolis, IN area. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with pay ranging from 65-70K
As an executive assistant you will be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.
Responsibilities of an executive assistant includes but are not limited to:
Sitting in on Board meetings/Taking accurate notes
Experience working with a board of directors and C Suite Executives
Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives
Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos, and invoices
Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
Order necessary office supplies.
Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
Skills and Qualifications
2+ or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
Salary:
$65,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
