Overview

We are looking for an Area Clinical Operations Support Specialist (for state of IN) to join our team. This position will directly report to the Regional VP of Clinical Operations and is responsible for providing expert clinical support and guidance to area teams within the assigned region. This role ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Serve as a clinical resource and support to ensure adherence to best practices in patient care.

  • Support agencies in meeting and exceeding all applicable regulatory and company requirements, by ensuring the implementation of the company’s systems, policies and standards in readiness preparation for all inspections, surveys, and review, including state licensure, federal certifications, and accreditations.

  • Develop and facilitate training programs for clinical staff, focusing on skills development, policy updates, and compliance standards.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruiting or similar area

  • 1 year of experience managing projects or acting in a lead capacity

  • Familiar with and comfortable working in: applicant tracking systems, social media, job boards, coordinating events, collaborating with multiple departments, supporting executive level leadership, reporting metrics, conducting internal weekly meetings, monthly team evaluations, hosting new leadership orientation introduction, public speaking, vendor negotiations, budget controls and other similar duties as required.

  • Familiarity with employment related regulations (state and federal) required
