[**[SUMMARY PURPOSE [[The primary focus of this position is to assist in event planning, outside marketing, administrative duties, new employee orientation/onboarding processes, and hiring process. This position will answer phones and greet visitors, maintain the all-school calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings, write and edit communications, and maintain filing systems. Hiring for two positions. Morning position is 7:00am-1:00pm with 30 minute break. Afternoon position is 1:00pm-6:00pm with 30 minute break.

  • Assists Operations Manager in problem-solving daily staffing issues.
  • When requested collaborates with Director regarding student/family interactions.
  • Oversees and performs general office functions.
  • Plans and assists in special events such as facility tours for new families, staff meetings, and screening applicants for staff positions.
  • Maintains the e91 Calendar, recognizes staff birthdays, sends out reminders of holidays, closing and other critical dates.
  • Designs promotional material or all school communication in conjunction with Operations Manager and Director.
  • Serves if needed in classroom during lunch or schedule gaps.
  • Assists with the recruitment by participating in recruiting activities, screening new applicants and working with Operations Manager to onboard/off board staff.
  • Sets up parent accounts in child management system and keeps childs files up-to-date.
  • Maintains state required online employee accounts.
  • Maintains communications with outside contractors.
  • Assists with fire, tornado and intruder drills.

[[MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS [[Requires an associates degree. One to two years of administrative experience with experience in hiring orientation and general office procedures.
