Ambulance Service Management Corporation Night Shift Non-Emergency Ambulance Service Dispatcher in INDIANA, Pennsylvania
Hiring Fulltime (40 hours per week) night shift (11P-7A) Dispatcher for the Citizens' Ambulance Service NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) Center in Indiana PA (this is not a remote position). Duties include telephone intake and calling partner medical agencies to schedule requests for non-emergent medical transportation for patients to and from medical facilities by ambulance or medical transport van. Additional administrative tasks will also be assigned. Candidates must be able to work independently, have experience using Windows-based computer software and multiple monitors. Candidates will be required to have experience providing excellent customer service in a busy environment, and the ability to multitask .A written test for speed and accuracy may be administered as part of the interview process.
