Integrated Marketing Manager for Sterling Infosystems, Inc. in Independence, OH, to support and execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive and increase engagement throughout the buyer and customer journey for Sterling's prospects and clients, delivering growth for the company. Work in close collaboration with the vertical, regional and corporate marketing teams, sales, support and product. Responsible for ensuring programs drive clear marketing and business goals. Partner closely with corporate, vertical, and regional marketing program owners to build and manage multi-channel marketing programs. Map out the integrated approach and journey for each program using mapping/diagramming tools. Support execution and reporting across functional teams, including brand, content, digital, and product marketing. Analyze and optimize content assets and programs to deliver targeted results. Run cross-functional meetings, gathering agenda topics and tracking follow ups. Leverage market research, industry insights and marketing trends and best practices to inform campaign strategy. Create, implement, and maintain project timelines for multiple projects and various teams. Actively manage scope throughout the life of each project, keeping projects on track and ensuring deliverables are met. Work with functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and smooth functioning of the campaign process. Partner with functional teams and/or marketing analytics to document campaign impact, optimize performance and marketing channel mix. Champion and steward integrated marketing processes with the team and cross-functional partners: from concept, launch, iteration and optimization. Lead escalation of particularly risky, complex, innovative, or significant marketing program concerns or blockers with leadership.
Requires: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience in marketing or, alternatively, Master's degree in Marketing or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and six (6) months of experience in marketing.
