Description TTI, Inc. is looking for a Global Accounts Manager - Transporation Business Unit, at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX. Responsible for developing and managing strategies and objectives for company's strategically important major global and/or multi-regional accounts and implementing programs that result in the achievement of targeted net profitability, revenue, on-time delivery performance and quality performance results. ACCOUNTABILITIES Establishes and manages productive, professional relationships with and between key personnel of TTI and global and/or multiregional strategic accounts. Proactively leading a global or multi-regional joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period. Meets assigned targets for profitable revenue volume and strategic objectives. Leads solution development efforts that best address account needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Working with VP Global Strategic Accounts to identify existing and/or new accounts for inclusion into the company's Strategic Account Program. Serves as a corporate resource to coordinate the involvement of branch company personnel, including support, service, and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and account expectations. Coordinates with Sales and Product Management the quotation process for strategic accounts. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with appropriate strategic account personnel from our supplier community. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Degree from an accredited four-year College or University in a related field and at least five to seven years experience in electronics distribution or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Experience supporting global customers preferred. SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS Possess or gain a thorough knowledge of company product lines, sales, purchasing, operations, and systems. Exhibit strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills. Respond tactfully and effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints. Ability to write and present information to internal and external audiences. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications at a basic level preferred. Must be able to travel 50% of the time. Experience supporting global strategic customer initiatives Must possess valid state driver's license, safe driving record and be insurable by the Companies' liability carrier.
