Competitive wages and | | excellent benefits including health insurance, retirement program, | | sick leave, vacation leave, etc. 8-hour shifts. | | | | CMT- | | | | Weekend Warrior. Staff member will work Weekends 12 hour shift but | | get paid for 16 hour shifts. They will receive Full-time benefits | | with Insurance and Retirement. Also, we have a retention bonus for | | CMT. The employee will receive $1500 (paid $500.00 quarterly 3 | | months, 6 months, 9 months) Pay is $22.88 to $24.27 hourly. 12 hour | | shifts. | | | | Qualifications: | | | | Must be at least 18 years of age. | | | | High school diploma or GED. | | | | Completed and maintained state-approved CMT license. | | | | Must be physically and mentally able to perform the duties of the | | position. | | | | Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. | | | | Have sufficient organization, documentation, typing and computer | | skills. | | | | Must have a general understanding of the aging process and the | | changes associated with aging. | | | | Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check. | | | | Responsibilities: | | | | Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform | | duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom or move patients, or change | | linens.
