Kuehne+Nagel National Contract Logistics Health and Safety Manager in Incheon, South Korea
You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership + expertise to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
Your Role
Your primary objective will be to oversee our Occupation Health, Safety + Environment (SHE) systems to ensure that they are compliant with external/internal standards, regulations + policies. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
Your Responsibilities
To lead + support the implementation + maintenance of a robust SHE system based on ISO certification, legal requirements + company standards.
To conduct regular safety inspections + audits to identify potential hazards ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
To support SHE system activities as needed, including SHE training, audits, customer requirements +corrective actions.
To investigate accidents, incidents + near misses, identify their root causes + implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
To ensure proper maintenance + easy accessibility of all safety-related records.
To collaborate with other teams to address safety concerns + ensure compliance with safety standards.
To regularly review + update safety policies + procedures.
