Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Establishes SIOP planning processes and continually review them to ensure it continues to be up to date with current best practice and suitable for business needs

Generate a statistical demand forecast, Collaborate with relevant parties from the Sales and Product Development teams to adjust it as necessary to reflect market realities. Whenever necessary, assists in demand review sessions.

Facilitate the aggregation of monthly demand forecasts at Business level

Analyse and upload timely forecasts for spans of 18 months every month

Record final adjusted demand forecast, along with underlying assumptions and forecast revisions

Determine dependent and independent demand at the level of the manufacturing plant using regional demand forecasts

Make analytical tools to compare rough cut capacity with demand facilitate decision making. Whenever necessary, assists in Supply review meetings

Create maintain and maintain tools to track key performance indicators for sales and operational planning process. Publish them monthly

Create analytical tools to support initiatives that would lead to supply chain process improvements

Analyse end to end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and provide relevant solutions

Skills

Good knowledge of Sales and Operation Planning Process.

Must have experience in conducting Demand Reviews and Supply Reviews

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to compile, examine, and understand large amounts of complex data.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot trends, patterns, and outliers when analysing data.

Strong verbal and writing communication skills are necessary to successfully deliver results and suggestions to stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Detailed knowledge of supply chain management concepts, such as demand forecasting, capacity management, material requirement planning and inventory management.

strong project management abilities, including the capacity to set priorities, adhere to deadlines, and oversee many projects at once.

proficiency with software and tools for data analysis, such as Excel, SharePoint, and Tableau

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

8+ years of experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning in manufacturing environment and experience in execution of S&OP related processes

IBF or APICS certification would be good to have
