Responsibilities

• Data base management of all relevant documents

• Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents

• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work

• Provide support to attorney through all phases Requirements - Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

• Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired

• LexisNexis experience

• Foundational knowledge in Management System

• Quality experience with Complaint Handling

• Microsoft Excel experience highly desired

• General familiarity with Calendar Management

• Well-founded grasp of Briefing

• Practical knowledge of Claim Administration

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Acrobat

• Expertise in Case Management Software

• Proven knowledge of Billing Functions

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
