Commission is paid on a per-sale basis, with payments issued every two weeks with your regular paycheck.
Colorado Residents: typical pay range (including commission) for this role will be from $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a friendly face and voice in our Front Office and over the phone by educating potential customers on the benefits of fiber optics
Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers in payments, bill inquiries, service issues, handling equipment returns, and completing general office duties as assigned.
Being resourceful and contacting other departments to take great care of our customers.
Match our services and products to the customers' needs by displaying excellent listening skills.
Submit sales through ALLO's website and schedule installations.
Document, track, and follow up on leads through our LeadAgent CRM.
You'll learn the ins and outs of our customer service system (NISC) and help where needed.
Being flexible with what's needed (which changes daily).
Additional Job Description Additional Job Description EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of previous customer service experience
1+ years of sales experience desired.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and time management
Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job with a willingness to learn
Good communication and customer service skills
Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends for local events
Ability to logically work through challenges
Self-starter who takes initiative and can stay focused on a project through to completion
Passion for people and putting our customers first.
