RELX INC Jr. RPA Developer in Iloilo, Philippines
Accountabilities:
Participate in hands on development, configuration and testing of process automation (RPA) to meet the defined requirements.
Design and develop process automation using core RPA workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, documented, maintainable and easy to understand.
Monitor existing RPA functions, be responsible for and develop status reporting, troubleshoot, and manage issue resolution of RPA across all phases.
Work collaboratively with global process experts, subject matter experts and business stakeholders during process analysis, script development, QA and UAT phases to deliver high quality RPA automations.
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
Take responsibility for project activities including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and project quality.
Strive to embrace diverse ideas, best practice, and industry trends from a variety of sources (internal and external) to create quality solutions, products, and services.
Qualifications:
Education: BS Engineering/Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience
1-2 years of development experience and solid background in programming; must have experience in RPA / automation.
UiPath certification/Power Platform related certifications highly preferred.
Working experience in coding RPA solutions at enterprise level using one of the industry leading Robotics Automation Solutions Provider such as UiPath and/or other alternative RPA solutions such as Power Automate.
Experience in workflow scripting, web services and Integration objects and database configuration.
The ability to communicate effectively with technical personnel as well as management/executives including verbal, formal presentation and written communication skills is essential.
Ability to perform development in line with best practices, articulate why a particular approach is best for supporting a requirement, deliver a clean, well-commented configuration, and unit test effectively.
Understanding of Process Design documents, Technical Design documents on Automation space and knowledge of various automation components and features available in Process Robotics Automation.
