As an Advanced Systems Engineer focused on measurement and verification here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our measurement and verification processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust strategies to measure and verify the performance of our products and systems. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our customers. You will report directly to our Senior Systems Engineering Supervisor and you'll work out of the state Illinois on a remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our products and systems by:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing measurement and verification plans for projects

  • Conducting data analysis and interpretation to assess the performance of products and systems • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate measurement and verification processes

  • Identifying and implementing improvements to measurement and verification methodologies

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000 - $124,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.”

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

  • 3+ years of experience in measurement and verification methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

WE VALUE

  • Experience with energy management systems and building automation systems

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to measurement and verification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • CEM - Certified Energy Manager preferred

  • CMVP - Certified Measurement and Verification Specialist preferred

  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
