Accurately place telephone orders
Work independently and professionally

At a near native level fluency in the French and English languages
Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills
Able to analyze problems
Able to work under stress
Able to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
Able to handle confidential information
Able to type 30+ WPM
