Conduent Workforce Management Scheduler (On-site/Hybrid) in Iasi, Romania

Descrierea postului:

This role focuses on analyzing, rating and making recommendations to improve the workforce to reduce overheads and increase customer satisfaction and experience.

The Workforce Optimization Scheduler is responsible for:

  • Optimizing employee schedules to minimize work hours by meeting workload requirements and all applicable guidelines, resource availability and regulations;

  • Managing optimized schedules (creating, posting, updating schedules);

  • Reporting data management activities around employee scheduling and forecasts;

  • Overviewing all non-production activities to ensure proper staffing levels are achieved;

  • Resolving errors such as missed punches, meal break adjustments and correct project code;

  • Adjusting total hours worked and any time off (leave) an employee has recorded in any applicable software;

  • Partnering with management to identify and drive Workforce Management process improvements;

  • Storing data, creating reports, managing schedules;

  • Monitoring real-time activities and volume.

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (B2 upwards);

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferably Excel);

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Good organizational skills;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Teamwork.
