Oracle Technical Analyst 3-Support in HYDERABAD, India

Job Description

This is a requirement for the Oracle Fusion SCM Order Management Cloud Support group that is part of the Global Fusion SCM Support organization. The group looking for

Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting ability and skilled in using industry-standard tools and techniques.

Good experience/exposure in implementation, support, consulting, or development experience (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management enterprise business application

Extensive experience monitoring, tuning and/or changing complex applications to optimize the product to perform to customer expectations

In-depth knowledge of IRISO (Internal Material Transfer Flow), Back to Back, Dropship flows, O2C etc.

Good knowledge in Integrations (inbound and outbound), having hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Tool or any Integrator Tool’s

In-depth knowledge in SQL and having hands-on PLSQL, Groovy, Middleware technologies (ADF, SOA, BPEL) etc.

Should be graduate/postgraduate (computer science/science/management) with a minimum 4 years of experience in ERP (Oracle Fusion/EBS – Order Management Modules)

Responsibilities

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver support and solutions to the Oracle customer, a primary point of contact for customers and facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

As a Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers, for the resolution of problems related to Oracle products. Have an understanding of all Oracle products in their competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms. Also, you should be highly expert in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.
