Cornerstone is looking for a Technical

Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. This is a great

opportunity to help us continue to scale our Engineering teams at a tech

centric company that develops leading Talent Management Software. You will help

us source, attract and hire highly technical people in a range of roles from

junior level Engineers to Senior Management.

The ideal candidate

will have 5+ years of technical recruiting experience and have a proven history

of identifying and hiring highly skilled Engineers.

In this role you will …..

  • Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, research, LinkedIn, user groups, referrals, networking, web sourcing, and management of external submissions.

  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders to understand their hiring needs and team goals

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, fully source their histories, and build recruiting plans to bring top talent onboard.

  • Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout entire recruitment process.

  • Manage onsite candidate interview experiences.

  • Drive offer process - including compensation recommendations, extending offers and closing candidates.

  • Work with the HR Business Partner(s) and client groups to consult on specifics for the position, leveling/compensation strategy, visa sponsorship, and market trends.

  • Educate/train hiring managers and client management on recruiting processes, use of recruiting software systems, hiring manager responsibilities and current market trends/realities.

  • Document all recruiting related activity in applicant tracking system

You’ve got what it takes if you have……

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle Technical recruiting experience preferably as an in-house Recruiter

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting a range of technical talent with proven results from a deep engineering talent network.

  • Ability to source strong talent using LinkedIn or other recruiting tools and platforms.

  • Understanding of technological trends including; Microservices, AWS, Mobile, and CI/CD.

  • Experience with candidate negotiations including compensation recommendations, extending offers, and closing candidates.

  • Experience reviewing, dispositioning, scheduling and reporting on candidates within an ATS.

  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and candidates.

  • Strong ability to multi-task and handling multiple projects at the same time
