AT&T Specialist, HR Country Management in Hyderabad, India

Job Description:

Provide organizational support in the areas of: Labour compliance, Employee relations, Compensation and benefits, Organizational development, Policies procedures, Case management, Merger & Acquisitions and Workforce planning initiatives

  • Support in drafting country specific HR policies and manuals

  • Support HRCM in statutory and labour compliance activities

  • Facilitate employee engagement programs.

  • Offering country crisis support and managing grievances.

  • Handle workforce planning activities

  • Support country HR process, benefit plan administration and production of required country specific documents

  • Support employee case management and disciplinary procedures

  • Collaboration with extended HR teams to effectively implement HRCM activities

  • Maintain excellent relationship management with employees, managers and BU leaders to ensure effective implementation of HR Policies

  • Support to HRCMs in handling HR Mergers & Acquisitions

Education and qualifications:

Higher education, preferably MBA (HR)/MSW

Additional Information:

  • Working experience in labor compliance will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Good teamwork and relationship-building skills

  • Very strong people management skills and problem solving skills

  • Sound knowledge in handling disciplinary cases, terminations, and employee grievances

  • Experience in HR Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Self-motivated person who can function with minimal or no supervision, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities whenever required.

  • Conflict management skills and ability to deal with difficult people.

Relevant Work Experience:

8 years of relevant experience in HR domain (IT/ITES sector)
