Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/Jenkins, or similar

• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

• Develop and enforce best practices for test automation and quality assurance

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase

• Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers, providing guidance and support

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and test automation

• Proven experience in leading and managing automation teams

• Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments

• Proficient working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.

• Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Solid proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, and Java

• Solid working knowledge of TDD and BDD

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java

• Ability to perform thorough regression testing using automation when bugs are resolved

• Ability to analyze test results, identify issues, and work with developers to resolve them

• Ability to continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes

• Ability to participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase

• Ability to collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases
