Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data
Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/Jenkins, or similar
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and enforce best practices for test automation and quality assurance
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase
Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers, providing guidance and support
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in software testing and test automation
Proven experience in leading and managing automation teams
Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments
Proficient working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Solid proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, and Java
Solid working knowledge of TDD and BDD
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java
Ability to perform thorough regression testing using automation when bugs are resolved
Ability to analyze test results, identify issues, and work with developers to resolve them
Ability to continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes
Ability to participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase
Ability to collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases
