Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement targeted marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and faster product adoption

• Lead efforts to drive consumer success by enhancing product positioning and aligning with technical design and architecture requirements

• Develop and manage the product roadmap with a focus on adoption and growth planning

• Refine and expand the Total Addressable Market (TAM) through strategic initiatives

• Collaborate closely with Line of Business (LoB) partners to enhance product value and market reach

• Identify and resolve challenges in research, marketing, and product positioning to improve adoption rates

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to streamline product development, ensuring solutions are customer-centric and technically sound

• Monitor market trends and gather customer insights to adjust the product strategy effectively

• Regularly report on key metrics, including consumer success, TAM refinement, and adoption progress

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

• Experience in product management with a focus on consumer success and product positioning

• Experience in roadmap development, product growth planning and strategies

• Experience in refining TAM and driving market expansion initiatives

• Experience with Agile software development practices/scrum teams

• Fair understanding of technical design and architecture to align product features with customer needs

• Proven excellent communication skills, with proficiency in content creation for various stakeholders, particularly for customer engagement

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, promote collaboration to achieve results

• Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of market research and data-driven decision-making
