Primary Responsibilities:
Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project ; full stack developer with expertise in Java / J2EE / Spring technologies
Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
Implement small and large scale implementations of projects with E2E delivery
Perform Coding and unit testing independently and assist/mentor team members whenever required, perform code review
Adherence to code quality standards, development best practices, defect-free code delivery
Collaborate and Communicate effectively with other engineers and onshore team
Partner with business and enterprise architecture team to understand requirements and design/develop end to end solution
Develop high performance reusable code
Practice agile solution delivery & influence teams towards engineering best practices such as DevOps / CICD / Everything as a code
Follow engineering best practices and coding principles for successful delivery of program/project
Partner closely with global teams to implement the design

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Solid working experience on Highly Scalable Data applications
Solid working experience on Messaging services preferably Kafka streaming
Solid experience in Azure cloud and function apps implementation
Solid experience in Java 8 / J2EE, solid in Java Concurrency, IO and Collections, JPA Framework, database query, HTTP & REST API design / SOAP Web Services
Experience in building applications on Spring Framework or related web frameworks
Experience in Multi-threading, Spring Boot and Micro-service Architecture
Experience in working CI/CD/CT environment with unit test automation, pipeline based code deployments etc.
Experience working on distributed and highly scalable s environment
Experience on Databases, SQL programming and SQL Query Skills
Experience in working on data warehousing projects
Expertise with JUnit, TestNG, or any other test framework. JUnit test cases and knowledge on DevOps toolchain
Good understanding of Development processes and tools - Sonar, Jenkins, GitHub, TDD, Security vulnerabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Advanced degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience
Experience in any observability frameworks such as Splunk/Graffana/Kibana etc.
Experience in container orchestration and proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes
Experience in working on Unix/Linux and any one scripting language
Solid technical and data platform knowledge
