We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist in managing a cross-client healthcare data literacy program across five health systems. This program aims to optimize data literacy for end users by simplifying dashboards, data tools, coordinating training, and establishing a standardized process across all partners. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management within healthcare or data-focused environments, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing data capabilities in clinical settings.
Primary Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Coordination:
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for the data literacy program
Collaborate with leadership, principals and communities of practice to assess data literacy needs
Identify areas of data literacy processes that can be standardized across all health system partners, ensuring alignment and efficiency
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Provide support as a point of contact for health system partners, ensuring consistent communication of project updates, successes, issues, and risks
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress and gather feedback
Training & Development Coordination:
Work with principals to design and deliver live training sessions and forums on fundamentals of data, data dashboards and tools
Oversee the development of educational materials
Identify training needs across all partners and ensure consistent program delivery
Process Optimization:
Participate in identifying ways t simplify and optimize data dashboards for better user accessibility and understanding
Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of improvement in data tools and reporting
Drive the standardization of data literacy practices across all partners to ensure consistency and clarity
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
Assist in establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the data literacy program across partnerships
Create reports to track progress
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the program’s success
Continuous Improvement:
Provide recommendations for ongoing improvements to the data literacy program
Assist in update the data catalogs in each partnership (EARL)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or data-focused initiatives
Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with complex needs and deliverables
Familiarity with healthcare data tools, analytics, and reporting systems
Skills:
Solid understanding of data literacy concepts and healthcare data management
Proven excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in project management software
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or other project management certification
Experience in health system data integration and dashboard development
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations
