Wells Fargo Senior Business Execution Consultant - Risk and Control, Access Management in Hyderabad, India

About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Risk and Control, Business Execution, Implementation or Strategic planning or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience.

  • Familiarity on Corporate investment banking function

  • understanding of front to back processes and attention to detail when performing daily activities, and should be able to raise / escalate issues proactively to manage

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detail

  • Candidates should be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining quality, accuracy, and integrity

  • Candidates should be able to work in a global team, interact at different levels and handle a wide range of deliverables with varying levels of complexities with focus on execution and result

  • Experience working with data analytics, business intelligence, and data governance to drive tactical and strategic decisions and planning

Job Expectations:

  • Senior Business Execution Consultant will be expected to execute various access activities including but not limited to the items outlined herein. We are seeking an experienced consultant with a deep understanding of control monitoring and reporting.

  • Senior Business Execution Consultant will develop and enforce policies, procedures and controls related to user access management.

  • Support Risk assessment unit work within the Business Support team and represent the business as needed within control workshops and annual RAU refresh exercises

  • Oversee user access provisioning, de-provisioning and access modification for Core CIB Employees and Sales and trading platforms

  • Collaborate with audit team during internal and external audits to provide access related evidence and documentation

  • Assist in improving processes, identify efficiencies and recommend automation opportunities, enhancements to improve response times and service level delivery.

  • Maintains a broad awareness of the state of Access Management across the enterprise and influences change to information security policy, standards, and procedures for systems, applications and tools.

  • Partner with control, risk and technology to identify, document, and manage risks within the access management processes.

  • Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate risk originating from non-compliance of processes, operational errors, and data integrity issues in all applicable activity

  • Collaboration with multiple Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders including application business owner, Entitlement owner, infrastructure teams and Application technology partners

  • Create and maintain documentation including procedures, workflows, and flowcharts.
