Sanofi Group SAP UAM Product Owner in India

Sanofi’s Digital Data organization’s mission is to transform Sanofi into a data-first and AI first organization by empowering everyone with good data. Since 2016 Sanofi has launched an ambitious program to build a unique ERP system to support the Group Play to Win strategy by harmonizing processes, implementing state of the art technology SAP S4/HANA.

User Access Management stream is dedicated to build and maintain the Core model for User Access Management processes such us User Access provisioning, Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, Business Role Management and Automatic User Access Review using technologies such as SAP GRC Access Controls.

Main responsibilities:

In this role you will, as the member of User Access Management Stream, dedicated to build and maintain the Core model for User Access Management.

The Product Owner SAP UAM is responsible to manage the design and the deployment of the evolutions of Sanofi SAP UAM core model. He/she will bring his/her expertise, best practices and possible improvements, together with the Digital regional network of experts. He/she will organize and deliver for UAM stream solution design and all project deliverables under the Digital responsibility (SAP solutions design, implementation in the systems, all related documentation). The main duties of the Product Owner UAM are:

Design of the Solution

  • To manage SAP Role design, build and test for evolutions and projects, leading the AIMS UAM team while safeguarding the UAM core model.

  • Provide his expertise on UAM processes / SAP solutions

  • To manage proper UAM transition from Hypercare and project organization to Operations organization.

  • Establish and maintain a reliable User Access Management (UAM) solution within the multiple projects and evolutions having a key role in UAM change and incident management process.

  • To harmonize and streamline UAM service delivery

  • To lead Regulatory and Compliance activities in UAM domain: audit UAM support (especially relevant are the annual SOX campaigns), Annual User Access review, design and management of security and monitoring controls.

  • To manage UAM escalations, incidents, security breaches, audit points, user support with Digital and Business senior stakeholders

  • To collaborate with the enhancement process for the UAM program, including GRC Access Control.

  • To lead program design review working directly with business owners on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provisioning and user lifecycle into the UAM platform.

  • To lead the AIMS team in maintaining and assessing operational requirements and service issues for improvement opportunities.

  • To develop enterprise-wide standards for user and access management.

  • To act as an IT control expert for iSHIFT applications and collaborate with other AMS colleagues in ITGS / Audit matters.

About you

Experience

• 10+ years professional experience in User & Access Management Services for SAP ERP and in GRC Access Control in implementing large transformation program via IT

• Demonstrated understanding of modern User & Access Management concepts and best practices required

• Demonstrated understanding in formulating strategies, alternatives and recommendations in information security management required.

• Ability to evaluate risk and communicate it in a fact-based manner

• Proficient in Application Management Methodologies and IT Governance

• Have a good track record in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry preferably in Sanofi

• Analytical and summarization skills / Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to defend the Core Model position

• Strong experience in IT general controls (ITGCs), Sox Audits and Internal Control best practices

• Experience with JIRA/ServiceNow or any other incident management tool is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to lead and work independently in multi-cultural environment and facilitating work shops

• Having worked for a “Big Four company” is an advantage

• Having experience with Artificial Intelligence concept is an advantage
