About the job:

Internal Control Medical, LTE and R&D Projects Lead plays a critical role, with the E2E IC&P Experts, in defining and maintaining the Global Processes and Standards Program for the end-to-end operational process. The Internal Control Program is applicable to all business units, functions and activities in all geographies.

Main responsibilities:

The Internal Control Medical, LTE and R&D Projects Lead is a key member of the Internal Control & Process CoE R&D, Medical and LTE.

Your initiatives aim at strengthening risk assessment for the end-to-end operational process and ensuring processes and controls are in place to provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives, in the following categories:

• Effectiveness and efficiency of operations

• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Sanofi policies.

The Internal Control Medical, LTE and R&D Projects Lead coordinate the end-to-end view within the process, drive automation of control and support the design and implementation of Continuous Control Monitoring for operational process within Medical, LTE and R&D .

About you:

• People :

(1) Maintain effective relationships with the stakeholders involved in Internal Control Medical, LTE and R&D activities (Global and IC&P Experts, IC&P E2E process Heads, Global Business Unit / Global Functions management)

(2) Interact effectively with stakeholders and their internal SBO counterparts.

• Performance :

Manage Control Environment

• Support the Internal Control & Process strategy for Medical, LTE and R&D processes

• Support the end-to-end process reviews by Global IC&P Experts Medical, LTE and R&D

• Support the update of Internal Control Manual, Control Implementation Guidelines, questionnaires and detailed test scripts for the Medical, LTE and R&D processes

Manage Control Activities

• Support the Global and IC&P Experts to establish a reliable, efficient and effective control environment.

• Support the coordination the Control Self-Assessments and Internal Control Testing campaigns for the operational process Medical, LTE and R&D

• Coordinate the Quality reviews for the operational process Medical, LTE and R&D to ensure consistent and relevant Action Plans

• Coordinate the reporting of implementation plan for the operational process Medical, LTE and R&D

• Coordinate with the IC&P E2E process Heads the reporting of implementation plan for the Global Business Unit / Global Functions

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Support the operational alignment on the end-to-end core model reviews and monitoring by Global IC&P Experts for the operational processes for Medical, LTE and R&D

• Support the development and setting of the framework deploying Continuous control monitoring for the operational process Medical, LTE and R&D

Partner with the business

• Support the global initiatives around Medical, LTE and R&D internal control environment, policies updates, process optimization, Core models, walkthrough, and trainings

• Coordinate the preparation of the self-assessment and internal control testing results presentation to Global Business Unit / Global Functions management External/Internal auditors

• Experience : 5-8 Years
