Wells Fargo Process Engineer - Process Mining in Hyderabad, India

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineer for its Process Mining Capability.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives

  • Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data

  • Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions

  • Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities

  • Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration

  • Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership

  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Responsibilities

  • Use automated process discovery tools like process mining, task mining to identify opportunities of improvements, process streamlining and automation

  • Drive implementation of process mining technology, and translate the business goals into technical requirements

  • Build and maintain data models and dashboards for analysis Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, research, compiles information, tests and evaluates process and workflow data as directed

  • Apply practical knowledge and utilizes intermediate process engineering tools such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) techniques that can be used to enhance processes for teams, departments and business units identified as inefficient or costly.

Key Skills Requirement:

  • Overall 7+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 1+ years of experience with understanding of process mining

  • Certification with process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, UiPath and so on

  • Hands-on experience of identifying value opportunities using process mining tool

  • Knowledge of real time business cases in Process Mining. Possess basic knowledge over the Process Query Language (PQL) to support analytics, dashboard etc.,

  • Knowledge of data collection approach, data cleansing, data modeling, process discovery and analysis, insight generation

  • Background to automation solutions, lean six sigma, data analytics will be a plus

  • Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points
