Primary Responsibilities:
Drive product vision and strategy roadmap across the portfolio
Foster and Engage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment
Drive a passionate, highly dynamic team priorities while resolving interdependencies and competing priorities with stakeholders
Create and foster a learning environments so that teams are able to learn and leverage market insights, understand emerging trends and needs for a clinical product
Balances deep subject matter expertise with knowledge of business use cases and solid technical aptitude
Accountable for delivering product performance in alignment with expectations, and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position and produce optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs
Accountable for the P&L, and is responsible for cross-functional stakeholder management
Serve as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)
Lead and manage a team of technical product managers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the team
Define and track key product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the product
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and key stakeholders, gathering feedback and incorporating it into the product roadmap
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in STEM programs, or a related field with specific experience in product management and Agile principles
Experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches, with minimum of 15+ years of experience in product management
Solid technical background, with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Possess an in-depth understanding of lean product management best practices and frameworks
Familiarity with project management tools, such as Rally and Aha
Proven excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Proven solid business acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with overall business goals
Proven solid customer focus, with the ability to gather and understand customer needs
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in Healthcare domain and specifically Provider, Value Based Care and Ambulatory care
