The Role

As a Product Strategy & Operations Manager, you will demonstrate real impact within business and help transform some of the world's most respected Client

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead and manage a team of product operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Develop and execute strategies to streamline product development processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, to align on product goals and drive their successful execution.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product operations processes. 

  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the product development lifecycle and implement solutions to optimize workflows.

  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure efficient utilization of team members and resources. 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development methodologies and increase team productivity. 

  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends related to product operations and incorporate relevant insights into the organization's processes

    What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). 

  • Total 10 to 12 years  of experience in the Software Industry 

  • With 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles within the SaaS industry. 

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills. 

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in product development. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes.

  • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects. 

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to challenges. 

    Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and influence decision-making. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges within the product development lifecycle. 

  • Project management expertise to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within scope. 

  • Knowledge of tools and technologies used in product operations and project management. 

  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to incorporate customer feedback into product iterations. 

  • Strategic thinking to align product operations with overall company objectives.

    Certifications (optional): 

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Product Manager, or Project Management Professional (PMP) may be beneficial. 

    Metrics (KPIs) you will be responsible for

    1. Product Delivery Efficiency: Track the percentage of projects delivered on time and within scope. This metric assesses your ability to manage resources, timelines, and expectations. 

    2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Monitor the frequency and quality of collaboration between product, engineering, design, and other relevant teams. This KPI gauges your success in fostering a collaborative environment. 

    3. Process Improvement Impact: Measure the number of process improvements implemented and their impact on speeding up workflows, reducing errors, or enhancing quality.

    4. Resource Utilization: Evaluate the efficient allocation of resources, including personnel, tools, and budget. This KPI ensures optimal resource utilization for project success. 

    5. Bug/Error Rate: Track the rate of critical bugs or errors identified after product releases. This KPI reflects the effectiveness of testing and quality assurance processes. 

    6. Customer Feedback Incorporation: Measure the speed and effectiveness of incorporating customer feedback into product iterations. This KPI showcases the director's responsiveness to customer needs. 

    7. Operational Metrics Improvement: Monitor the improvement in operational metrics like cycle time, lead time, and throughput. These metrics reflect the impact of process optimizations. 

    8. Process Adherence: Assess the adherence to established development processes, ensuring consistency and best practices are followed across
