Primary Responsibilities:

• Deep analysis of patient data including demographic, claim and clinical data domain

• Resolution of discrepancies within patient data using MDM software

• Working with other departments in the organization to identify and resolve data discrepancies

• Adept at working with front end healthcare systems such as EHR, MDM

• Proficient in creating data mappings

• Manage and track data validation effort as needed

• Working with business analysts and developers to assist with production issues within multiple patient systems

• Identifying and tracking patterns of erroneous data within patient healthcare systems

• Driving continuous improvement efforts to ensure system and process efficiency

• Applying good communication skills to working with peers, leadership and cross departmental teams

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

• 8 + years of IT experience

• 4+ years working with patient healthcare data

• 4+ years working with patient healthcare system (EHR, MDM, etc.)

• 2+ working knowledge in FHIR/Healthcare Interoperability

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
