Google Knowledge Manager, Content Operations, Digital Transformation in Hyderabad, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5 years of experience in project management or a customer-facing role

  • 4 years of experience working in content, technology, support operations, or related fields

Preferred qualifications:

  • Masters degree or MBA

  • Experience with content management systems

  • Experience working with global teams and partners

  • Knowledge of Google Ads and related ads products

Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience.   • Design and implement a scalable strategy for content operations, ensuring successful launches throughout the content production and maintenance lifecycle.

  • Manage multiple content projects through their entire lifecycle including scoping, drafting, review, publication, and post-launch metrics.

  • Utilize data analysis techniques to enhance user journeys and maintain consistent, effective content across all channels.

  • Provide operational expertise to support scalable product solutions and feature launches.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize new tools and features that enhance partner experience and performance.
