About the Role:

Experienced Infrastructure professional. Oversees mapping the relationships between information systems components (i.e., end users, business processes, applications, data, IT platform hardware/software, and networks) as well as identifying key interactions and dependencies across separate systems and platforms. manage the IT Infrastructure, IT Operation, End users support Services, Data Center Operation, IT Asset management & Vendor Management for HRDC site and additional he is supporting IT Operating control and engineering Lab

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in Service Snow to perform IMACD relatives’ task and activities, Network Infrastructure, Data Center Knowledge, IT Asset management and Vendor Management.

At least 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operation, End users support Services, Data Center Operation, IT Asset management & Vendor Management

Manage and support the IT Infrastructure & Operation, End Users Support & Services, Stakeholder Management, IT Risk and Control & End Users Project deployment

Expertise in cross function collaboration, End Users experience, Process improvement, Shared Services such as Budget & Finance and IT Project & Product transition

Responsible and manager IT Asset management, Stock review, IT Asset disposal, Forecast and Budget

Manage and responsible for Modernization project with end-to-end accountability.

Preparing the standard Operating model for End users’ improvement.

Strong stakeholder engagement and management working with Project Manager and multiple stakeholders to manage their needs, expectations, requirements with a focus on continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies

Ability to operate effectively both independently and in a team with attention to detail. Identify and manage project risks, issues and assumptions

Engineering LAB Support: Providing support in the engineering LAB and resolving end-user issues

Participates and Approves all Changes to the site Infrastructure via Change Management procedures

Maintains a non-technical, Infrastructure Management posture which includes asset management, financial management (capex and opex), obsolescence status

Track, monitor and report on overall progress (time, cost and quality) and any potential for change

Manage operational readiness and ensure handover to support, the business and other key stakeholders is delivered successfully

Minimum Requirements:

At least 10 years of experience in IT Site Operation and end user's support

Should be completed gradate

Skill on Project deployment, IT Asset Management, Vendor Management and End users support services
