Position Overview:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented, and that the organization attracts, retains, and develops a talented and engaged workforce. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to support the overall HR strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training.

  • Participating in employee relations.

  • Administering payroll and employee benefits.

  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Prepare and manage HR documents, such as offer letters, employment agreements, and termination paperwork.

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and policy updates.

    Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a Master’s degree in any field.

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.

  • Candidates with experience working in English-speaking countries will be preferred. 

  • Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
