Position Summary
The person will work on Product Master used across the enterprise. This role is critical to enhance the adoption of tool usage in line with the defined service model across different functions in BMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute as Team Player to deliver assigned PR1ME(Product Information Mastering for the Enterprise) development project(s)
Participate in analysis of application requirements and provide design ideas to support the business
Understand the project deliverables and make committed efforts to deliver on intended outcomes
Identify dependencies, risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned project(s).
Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, documentation, deployment, and support
As a member working in a team environment, you will work with Business team, solution architect, enterprise architects and developers on interpretation/translation of functional requirements into creative designs, leading to technical solution
Understand and adhere to strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
Strong Technical writing skills for updating supporting documentation, Knowledgebase articles etc.
Follow Agile development practices for project execution
Focused effort to resolve the assigned incidents/requests
Ensure adherence to SOPs and validation best practices
Desired Candidate Characteristics:
Demonstrated Technical Development experience using Stibo technology
Have a strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for Pharma/Life sciences industry
Ability to engage and actively contribute towards team/project success
Able to collaborate with other team members, across multiple geographies
Excellent communication skills
Innovative and inquisitive nature to ask questions, offer bold ideas and challenge the status quo
Agility to learn new tools and processes
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science from an accredited university
3+ years' experience to design, build, and maintain systems and solve complex master data management operations and automation challenges.
2+ years of experience and in depth knowledge in coding and configuring Stibo STEP, to implement Master Data Management application/s
Knowledge of Master Data Management and specifically Product Master Data management will be a plus
Experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry and knowledge of working in validated projects will be a plus.
Experience in using ServiceNow and knowledge of incident/request management will be a plus
Demonstrates openness to learning and developing. Takes"responsibility"for their own development and"growth.
