Job Overview
Asset Management Data Analyst provides a range of support to the company wide Asset Management leaders and business. Combines analytical and data management techniques to provide meaningful insight to decision-makers charged with improving the asset management landscape.
Primary Responsibilities and Activities
Develop, maintain, and analyse asset management data – in Oracle, JDE, Excel & Power Bi.
Work with subject matter experts and maintenance areas to collect, update, and standardize asset-related data.
Work with other teams on the integration of asset management data between systems, processes, and departments.
Implementing standard templates and asset strategies
Maintain asset register system accuracy by setting up new assets into the maintenance program following capital project and remove non-maintainable/disposed assets.
Identify and define asset management data needs and work with teams to develop plans and scopes of work to produce data and/or modify systems accordingly.
Generating and supporting the reporting metrics.
Collects data across multiple monitoring sources.
Provides support to Asset Management Business Analyst and recommendations to Regional Asset Managers/Area Managers
Prepares asset condition and performance information reports to support maintenance decisions on a monthly/Quarterly and annual cycles.
Qualifications/Experience
3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience related to the position.
Specific analytical and functional experience with Enterprise Asset Management or Work Order Systems is advantageous.
Good knowledge of reporting skills Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups etc) and Power BI.
Knowledge of Oracle preferable knowledge of eAM.
Knowledge in the creation of PowerBi analytical reports would be advantageous.
