Position: Business Process Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Manager to lead the engagement activities for Business process design, translating technical process flows into business process language. This role will manage a team of Process Analysts, who will be focused on process flows and change impacts to support the transformation initiatives.

The job

The Business Process Manager leads the engagement activities for Business process design, translating technical process flows into business process language. This role will manage a team of Process Analysts, who will be focused on process flows and change impacts to support the transformation initiatives.

Our business strategy is focused on moving from a traditional software licencing model to Cloud based solutions that enable our customers to easily adapt to market changes and adopt new practices in their organisations.

To support the strategic goals of AVEVA, the role of the Business Process Manager for the C2C programme is tasked with:

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Translate technical process flows into business processes that can be used by stakeholders to understand the changes to their day to day activities.

  • Work with functional GPO’s to ensure that these changes are accepted, published and adopted by the impacted functions.

  • Produce business process maps to show differences between current and future state

  • Analyse the impacts of changes in the business process, systems and provide recommendations on how to address these impacts.

  • Manage the overarching E2E process playback for the programme you are allocated to.

  • Support Change Management outputs such as Business Impact Assessments

  • Provides impact assessments and coaching support to stakeholders to drive adoption and embed core processes to land the change

  • Process documentation, mapping and alignment across the various interconnected processes with in the C2C Value Chain (Sales, legal, operations, Finance, Product Development)

  • Tracking and reporting on benefits realisation, through process improvement, across the workstreams

Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Team Mgmt. – this role will lead a global team of analysts

  • Understanding of sales and commercial processes in general, experience in a software sales organisation or subscription business is preferred.

  • Being able to plan and run effective workshops with impacted teams.

  • Being able to effectively evaluate the information provided and through workshops and surveys, business process descriptions and, if required, task analysis.

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking mindset.

  • Being able to negotiate the approval of the business requirements across multiple impacted teams in the business.

  • Proven ability to consult independently and collaborate with and influence all levels of the organizations, particularly senior leaders

  • University degree in related discipline with >10 years change management experience
