About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator to help the Information Management Procedure Monitoring team execute the department’s objectives. This individual contributor role will be responsible for tasks that enable the implementation of our procedure documentation infrastructure. This includes participating in in the following ways:
In this role, you will:
Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
Receive direction from supervisors
Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
Perform publishing tasks including procedure editing, procedure processing in PRF and OpenText, and communicating with business partners as necessary
Support the development and refining of procedure documentation standards
Ensure procedure documentation is usable and accessible
Ensure procedure documentation content is accurate and clear
Aid in the processing of procedure related change management activities
Work in US shifts and follow US holidays
Weekly 1 work from home slot
Experience working with Jira
Experience working with OpenText
Experience working with PRF
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Procedure editing experience
Strong written English grammar skills
Consulting or training experience preferred
