Wells Fargo Business Execution Associate Manager in Hyderabad, India

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate Manager within Conduct Analytics and Reporting. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional looking to join a team with a wide range of analytics professionals that provide significant analytical functions for the enterprise on Conduct Management data.

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise a team in transactional tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance for the business

  • Ensure successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations that are routine and arise within the operations of the work group

  • Identify Business Execution opportunities and provide guidance on strategies, operations, and financial management for the purpose of process improvement

  • Mitigate risk development within the operations of work groups and functional areas

  • Make day to day supervisory decisions and, under the direction of management, resolve issues for procedure administration and adherence, systems or change initiatives, business continuity planning, reporting and research, project funding, quality management, communications, financial control, and internal processing of colleagues

  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, or compliance requirements for the business group

  • Collaborate and consult with immediate Business Execution colleagues and management while recommending strategies to implement changes and improvements

  • Interact directly with external parties to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for smooth functioning of business operations

  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 1+ years leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Overall 10+ years with 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 1+ years leadership experience

  • Experience with advanced excel and building macros.

  • Strong experience with JIRA (JIRA Workflow, JIRA Reporting), Confluence.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong presentation, communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working with business leaders and being able to translate needs into technical requirements.

  • Experience in onshore/offshore support model.

  • Manage an existing group of consultants performing manual redaction of sensitive PII data in allegations case notes prior to release of reports. The manager will either directly, or through a team lead, manage monthly workflow, oversee redaction Quality Control, and monthly metrics.

  • Manage a group of Operational Processors that perform Data Annotation activities, such as creating, testing, and validating AI Training Datasets, in support of model development for the group.

  • Manage consultants performing Program Enablement (Governance, Access Management, JIRA Monitoring/Reporting etc.).

  • Support leadership with executive level presentations and work towards identifying improvement areas within the existing scope of work.

  • Experience managing data sharing restrictions on sensitive data.

  • Experience in Agile methodology and leveraging Jira tools for workflow and productivity management.

  • Understanding of the importance of control, governance, and audit procedures.

  • Knowledge of Conduct Management data, such as the Enterprise Allegations Platform (EAP) and/or the Allegation Lifecycle/Methodology
