Wells Fargo Business Execution Administrator in Hyderabad, India
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator.
In this role, you will:
Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
Receive direction from supervisors
Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Graduate in B.Com/BBA/B.Sc
Overall Experience of 3-4 years, with experience of 2+ years in Compliance discipline of a multinational financial institution or BPO supporting multinational financial institution. Experience in Compliance discipline should involve full time engagement with International Regulations of major market
Demonstrate collaboration, negotiation, communication and influencing skills
Experience in Compliance discipline should involve engagement with International Regulations of major markets
Being able to work as individual contributor and work effectively under management direction
Support a team of risk professionals located in multiple cities providing support to WFI&P teams and other Wells Fargo business units also located in multiple cities
Job Expectations:
Responsible to execute effectively the day-to-day compliance requirements related to either Consumer Lending line of business or at Enterprise level and provide advisory feedback either as part of daily work or as and when required
Support Compliance Risk Management Program (RRM) of the Wells Fargo at Enterprise or Business level
Perform:o Compliance risk review, assessmentso Testing and Validation of Controlso Monitoring, Reporting and Analysiso Quality Assurance (QA) reviews
While working with business, Legal function, or other WFI&P/Onshore partners as necessary
Participate in delivery of functional training to new/junior team members
Perform periodic compliance risk reporting and analysis to business partners for effective tracking and reporting of risk items and issues
Partner and work closely with other teams/team members (including onshore partners) having interdependencies to ensure seamless delivery of the responsibilities
Participate in all new RRM initiatives/changes roll-out program and required awareness program for LoB teams supported
Flexible to work in shifts
