As Best Cost Country Buyer within our capex procurement team, you’ll help Sanofi to build up a diverse and health supply chain in capex category.

Main responsibilities:
Conduct supplier and technology market analysis and specific benchmarking reviews for Best Cost Countries ( India,China,Turkey,Korea etc).
Build up Best Cost Country procurement strategy, in close collaboration with Global Engineering/M&S and Global Procurement.
Anticipate and consolidate all business needs to develop action plans, and facilitate implementation of best cost country procurement strategy accordingly.
Lead/support RFQ, execute negotiations as needed for certain capex project, and deliver world class total savings objectives.
Support Global team to purchase equipment from best cost country for Global capex projects.
Ensure procurement technical excellence (Total cost ownership, Supplier Relationship Management, Market Intel, Risk Management, Innovation, Corporate social responsibility, Environmental Social and Governance, compliance, quality…) in Best Cost Country perimeter
As per mandate/need of RCM/GLB, manage Business Reviews with identified key suppliers
About you
Experience : professional capex procurement experience in pharma industry
Soft and technical skills : Good knowledges of Best cost Country Supplier market of Pharmaceutical equipment. Preferred demonstrated knowledge of procurement systems, processes and procedures. Analytical and negotiation skills and techniques. Good Project Management skill and knowledge. Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or another relevant field.
Languages : Excellent command of both written and spoken English required
