Oracle Associate Software Development Manager in HYDERABAD, India

Job Description

About the Product—Candidate hired for this position will be managing teams of engineers for developing and delivering NetSuite product features. This involves designing solution and implementing custom requirements across countries projects. As well as enhancing common components that will enable last mile country localization. Role requires 50% contribution on technical activities (code and design reviews, architecture discussions) and 50% on managerial activities (engagement with stakeholders and partner teams, program co-ordination, developing a team of strong performers).

Required skill set—• Minimum 8-10 years industry experience in software/product development domain. 1 years experience managing direct reports.. Passionate about technology and ability to design and architect solutions. • Proficient and capable of reviewing code/implementation in any one programming language.• Independent decision making for solutions or workarounds to technically complex problems. • Dynamic and decisive stakeholder management.• Drive engineering excellence by adoption of tools and technologies targeted at long-term software stability and quality.
